WORKING TOGETHER TO ACHIEVE LARGE-SCALE COMMUNITY IMPACT
We are stronger together than any one organization alone.
We believe in collaboration and in partnering on community initiatives to contribute toward effective, shared solutions.
ROCHESTER-MONROE ANTI-POVERTY INITIATIVE
The Rochester-Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI) is a multi-sector community collaborative with a goal to improve quality of life by reducing poverty and increasing self-sufficiency. To do this, RMAPI is focused on increasing income, making basic needs more affordable and accessible, and lowering concentrations of poverty.
United Way is proud to serve as the host and fiscal agent for RMAPI. We have signed the RMAPI Employer Pledge, endorse it and encourage others to take the pledge to help fight poverty.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATION PROJECT
a project of TogetherNow
Through the Systems Integration Project, the greater Rochester community is working across a diverse network of committed providers and community members to keep people at the center of care in an interconnected system of education, health, and human services. By coming together as a community, we will improve the health and economic well-being of individuals and families in Monroe County, especially those who are vulnerable and/or impacted by poverty.
United Way is honored to serve in a coordinating role for the Systems Integration Project on behalf of the community that we collectively support.
AGING ALLIANCE

The Alliance is comprised of service providers, representatives from city and county government, the Rochester Area Community Foundation and United Way.
