This session will allow attendees to network with fellow Continue United members and share health and wellness tips. George Warren, vice president of urban services at the YMCA of Greater Rochester, and Brian Wilmot, neighborhood center director at the Thurston Road YMCA Neighborhood Center, will speak about living a healthy lifestyle.
