I have learned about all the different organizations that are doing great work in the community.
What aspect of United Way’s work in the community are you most passionate about supporting?
I am passionate about the leadership programs United Way has. I strongly believe in developing diverse leaders who can help in pushing our community forward.
How have you grown from your involvement with United Way?
I have grown from being a small donor and participating in the United Way programs to joining a couple of the United Way Giving Societies and the Steering Committee of a few of the Leadership Development Programs.
What excites you most about our community’s future?
I am excited by the intentional efforts to collaborate more between organizations. I strongly believe that collaboration between organizations is the only way to make strong lasting change in our community.
