Refer with Caution
Meet Refer with Caution—A ragtag ensemble of aspiring rock stars who, by day, navigate the world of finance. The band’s inception can be traced back to a spontaneous jam session at GRB’s annual company meeting. As someone began to play at tune on the piano and others joined in with vocals, Refer with Caution was born. The name, inspired by a mortgage term used for high-risk client files, seemed like the perfect fit for a band with an edge.
Officially formed in 2019, RWC made its debut performance at the very next GRB annual meeting/holiday party. Despite a pause in 2020 due to Covid, the band has grown its fan base to include not just GRB employees but also referral partners, clients, family, and friends. Their setlist features hard and alternative rock hits from the 1970s through the 2000s.
