Every day, 1 in 8 of your neighbors worry about where their next meal will come from and struggle to find enough food to be filling and healthy. Families often have to choose between paying rent and buying groceries, and when they can afford food, the affordable options are often low in nutritional value leading to poor health outcomes down the road.
