ROCHESTER, NY – On March 7 at the Tocqueville Society Kickoff, United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes unveiled the addition of Anne Whitman Children’s Success Fund and an anonymous donor to the Million Dollar Roundtable. Anne Whitman established the Anne Whitman Children’s Success Fund, which has reached more than $1 million.
Established in 2000, the Million Dollar Roundtable acknowledges lifetime giving including planned gifts to United Way totaling $1 million or more by individuals and private family foundations.
President & CEO of United Way Jaime Saunders said, “Anne created the Children’s Success Fund through her bequest by including United Way in her will. Through Anne’s generosity, her legacy of giving continues to support our community’s youth in this moment and well into the future for generations to come.”
