United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes has appointed Teresa O’Loughlin (Bianchi) as its new Chief Development Officer. O’Loughlin brings decades of nonprofit leadership experience to the role. She will oversee the resource development department and lead multiple efforts, including all fundraising activities at United Way.
